Word of the Week – Positivity

I haven’t shared a word of the week in a while, I was (and still am) quite deep in my grief again and life got busy. But a couple of long walks and I am not all rainbows and sunshine but I do feel better able to cope with it all, for now.

While I have been feeling overwhelmed with the loss of Cameron, life doesn’t stop and a lot of positive things have happened.

Emma got her South African colours for karate.

We are going to Mauritius in September for her to take part in a karate competition.

We got our home loan approved which means we can do our renovations.

Jack competed in his first rock climbing competition and did so well.

I managed two 10km walks in one week. I usually only walk 5km at a time but I need to catch up on some kms to finish my I Love Boobies challenge and the easiest way was to walk further.

I listened to the most delightful book while walking – it was also by Alexandra Potter called So I Met This Guy. It made my walks fly by.

I hope you have a POSITIVE week!
