Even though we homeschool, Emma does now have a tutor. Everyone is also getting ready for end of year gifts so I made a few goodies for Emma to sell at her markets.
I decided to try iron-on vinyl again because it has been my nemesis – I can’t get the heat of the iron right or the length of time you heat the design so I have a lot of mistake pencil cases and bags with bubbled vinyl.
So I watched some videos, did some more research and managed to get it right.
TIP: Let the transfer tape cool down once you have ironed your design – don’t take it off hot.
BONUS TIP: If you do still have bubbles/crinkles in the vinyl, heat the design up from the back and then carefully pull the vinyl off. Basically you are heating up the glue which allows it to be easily peeled off.
I absolutely LOVE how these two came out. I used glitter iron-on vinyl for both of these.

This one also came out really well. The little dots of the 8 and 9 where a pain though, they kept coming off but the end result was worth it.

Do you buy teacher gifts?
