This week was a bit of an intense roller coaster ride of emotions. I can’t really write about it but by Thursday it was all calmer and David and I had got back on the same page and made some decisions about how to manage this particular issue.
Glimmers
(Glimmers are micro-moments of joy that make us feel happy, hopeful, and safe.)
- I played a game of netball on Monday. It was the first time I have played a game in 30 years. We lost but I had lots of fun and they invited me back!
- I did two walks – one with Coco and one with Jack. Both were early in the morning and I remembered how much I love the 6am walks.
- Eve and I had coffee on Thursday at a new deli that has just opened. The coffee was good and they had some cute, bespoke food stuff.
- I saw this Christmas plate a while ago and decided to just get it. Isn’t it absolutely gorgeous.
- I got some new hiking boots and I LOVE them, they are so comfortable and have a much stronger grip! I had nearly walked right through my last ones.
- I needed to make a bookmark for an order for Emma and couldn’t buy just one acrylic blank so spent time decorating bookmarks. They came out so well.
Picture of the Week
I have decided to change this section up and add in my favourite photo of the week. It is that time!

Wise Words of the Week

Words of the Week
I am joining up with the Word of the Week link party this week so my word for the week would have to be EMOTIONAL. There were lots and lots of emotions this week – anger, sadness, resentment, love, compassion, rage, happiness, excitement – you name it, I felt it!
Until next week!

Just popping over to see how you are doing. I’ve missed you linking up for word of the work.
I hope you are all well.
