In a moment of insanity I decided to redesign my blog. It did not go well! I ended up having to start from scratch, couldn’t find a theme I wanted, found one, bought it but it wouldn’t work, so eventually I just found a free one, populated it and cried a little. I have built a few sites in my time, but each time I remind myself why I don’t want to do it!
Glimmers
(Glimmers are micro-moments of joy that make us feel happy, hopeful, and safe.
- We had a delicious breakfast on Friday for my birthday – just the four of us and Eve and her son. Going out for breakfast is my new favourite thing.
- I built me Lego Angel – how cute is she!!!
- David and I did long walk on Sunday. It was tough – very tough but we did it!
- It was Kiara’s birthday on Monday. She is a whole 22 years old!!
- We had some lovely rain.
- My father in law now just cooks for himself so we are splitting it – he cooks for us 2 days and I cook for him 2 days. He cooks on our two busiest days and it is such a lovely little treat not having to even think about dinner on those nights.
