Word of the Year – CALM
While we were away we started discussing our words of the year. At the time I wasn’t sure but the word CALM get popping up. I do believe things like this happen for a reason, so when it kept coming up, I decided that it will be the word I choose.

CALM
The dictionary defines calm as
noun
- the absence of strong emotions; calm feelings.
- the absence of wind.
verb
make (someone) tranquil and quiet; soothe.
Last year was anything but calm. Even before Cameron passed away, our year was full of changes, challenges and anything but calm. I would really (REALLY) like a year of calm.
A year of calm feelings.
A year of making things tranquil.
A year of making things quiet.
A year of nurturing my soul.
A year of calming my thoughts.
A year of healing.
A year of doing more things that bring me joy.
A year of focusing more on our goals.
A year of spending more time with people who support us.
A year of love.
A year of acceptance.
A year of calm growth.
A year of making memories.
