Four Fun Things March

I am joining in the Share 4 Somethings prompt today with Joyful Jenn

The prompt is to share some things we loved, some things we learned, some things that went well, and some things we let go of.

Some things I loved

My new printer arrived and I have had lots of fun (and frustration) learning how to make stickers. I also made a cool Easter wreath.

I did some pretty walks including a very tough one up and down (and up again) a mountain.

We added some very pretty bags for Emma’s shop.

I made a delicious moussaka on the stove. Yip, I made it on the stove. Our power went out so I couldn’t use the oven but made it anyway on the stove and it was soooo good.

We have been wanting to get to a new coffee supplier for weeks and David finally made it, so now we have AMAZING coffee at home.

Some things I learned

Not sure I have learnt this just yet but I have started making stickers with my printer and cricut. The first set I printed came out perfectly but then I had 4 disaster pages. So stopped to do some more learning.

Our complex gate had some issues and I learnt that Q20 will fix just about anything.

Some things that went well

We made some great progress with Emma’s overall health.

Work has been going well which means financially things are going well. We have been able to cross off a few things that have been on our house maintenance to do list for a while.

Jacks assessments are going well. Its his first year doing a formal curriculum and its going really well so far.

Some things that I let go off

I came back to edit this part because initially I wasn’t sure. I have (started) letting go of my obsession with loosing weight. It has been something that has been bothering me for a few years. I think after doing all the tests I did and everything coming back healthy and normal I realised that maybe this is just where my body needs to be now. My diet is healthy, I am moving regularly and am listening to my body – which is the goal, right.

Join in and let me know what you things you loved, things you learned, things that went well, and some things you let go of.
